Job Title: Staff Accountant - Construction Industry

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Benefits + Bonus Program

Position Overview:
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. You will also ensure the accuracy of financial records, monitor transactions, prepare budgets and financial reports, and assist in maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Construction industry experience is required to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Monitor, process, and reconcile transactions
• Prepare and analyze budgets, financial reports, and financial statements
• Review and audit internal financial processes
• Maintain and update accounting records
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience (preferably in the construction industry)
• Strong understanding of accounting policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

What We Offer:
