Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking for a new challenge? Our hotel/resort is seeking a Staff Accountant / Payroll Specialist to join our team! As a Staff Accountant / Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for payroll timekeeping reconciliation, analyzing financial information, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation. The Staff Accountant / Payroll Specialist performs various data gathering, tracking, and record keeping; financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning; preparing of financial schedules, statements, and reports. Performs related accounting and financial analyses in one or more financial areas including auditing, budgeting, cost accounting, general accounting, and program cost control and scheduling.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
