Description

Responsibilities Include: 

• Assist in preparation of  journal entries and assist with the month-end and year-end closings 

• Assist in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for management 

• Assist in analyzing inventory variances and trends 

• Research and reconcile all discrepancies 

• Prepare and reconcile monthly bank reconciliations 

• Review daily bank activity and cash status

• Special projects as needed.
