Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly reconciliations for all properties in your assigned portfolio as a Staff Accountant.
• Record daily bank account activity and post cash and disbursement entries as a Staff Accountant.
• Monitor investments, checking, and money market accounts for accuracy as a Staff Accountant.
• Collaborate with other departments on ad-hoc projects to ensure timely and accurate financial data as a Staff Accountant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
• CPA or public accounting experience is a plus.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $65,000- $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
