Job Summary:
Staff Accountant: Monday - Friday, no weekends and paid holidays! AP/AR, reconciliations, monthly close process, year-end audit by preparing, other related work as required. Bachelor's degree and CAM license preferred
Salary range: $60-70K
Job Description:
DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Accounts Payable ( processing of invoices and checks)
• Accounts Receivable (billing, receiving, and processing payments
• Bank & Account Reconciliations • Responsible for the monthly financial close process.at condo units
• Ensure Board reporting and regulatory deadlines are met
• Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconcile to the general ledger.
• Responsible for the generation of accurate and informative financial reports
• Assist Unit Manager in preparations of annual budgets, and monthly analysis of actual results compared to budget.
• Establish / Maintain Property management system for New properties
• Participate in year-end audit by preparing year-end schedules and backup details.
• Perform other related work as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university with major coursework in accounting/finance.
CAM License preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
