WHAT YOU’LL DO ON THE A-TEAM:
- Journal Entries & Reporting: Prepare and maintain journal entries; compile and analyze statistical data for accurate reporting.
- Forms Management & Documentation: Complete and maintain tax-exempt certificates, W-9 forms, certificates of insurance, and capital expenditure documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Account Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts, including cash, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), prepaids, and payroll tax accounts, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
- System & Process Support: Provide support for AP automation and purchasing card systems, including adding new users, maintaining system accessibility, investigating and resolving invoice processing errors, and assisting with invoice processing during peak periods.
- Reporting & Data Management: Generate and print financial reports as needed; upload bank statements for reconciliation and reporting purposes.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Assist in preparing documentation and responding to audit requests; ensure adherence to internal controls and external audit requirements.
- Sales Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Support sales tax processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on new tasks and responsibilities; continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in JDE, Stampli, RAMP, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The employee works indoors in both office and production environments. Additionally, the incumbent will work near moving mechanical parts and in high places. He/she will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. There is frequent noise in the work environment.
