Job DescriptionUnder the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance, Staff Accountant will primarily assist in reconciliations, analysis, inventories
and covering vacation of accounting staff including accounts payable, income audit and accounts receivable in accordance with all
related local and corporate policies and procedures.
Should the Accounting office structure vary, responsibilities will be adapted as required.
FUNCTION DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
• Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments
• Comply with and enforce ENRICH Values
• Participation in Month-End Process, including but not limited to preparation of financial statements through accruals, journal
entries, inventories, audits, etc.
• Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting
principals
• Audit and reconciliation of :
o outlet tips and service charges on pay-period basis
o complimentary services (F&B, Activities, Golf, Spa, retail...)
o credit card payments
o systems interfaces
o fuel logs
o any other future requirements
• Prepare and issue Daily and Weekly reportings (i.e: Revenue, Labor, Flash Food cost..)
• Preparation, reconciliation, and submission of state and local taxes (Sales Tax, Occupancy Tax, Meal Tax)
• Assist Asst. DOF in P&L researches and analysis
• Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Required
• College education or equivalent experience
• Understand tax laws as it relates Sales tax, Use tax, goods and services tax and year end processing
• Two (2) to five (5) year experience within a Finance Department
• Knowledge of Accounting software main functionalities and technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Require advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
• Strategic, analytical and have solid business acumen
Desirable
• Prior Experience in the Hospitality Industry
• Knowledge of Office applications including G Suite

OTHER:
• Must have the ability to move/maneuver in an office environment
• The job requires sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer screen. Some heavy lifting (20lbs.) may be required
when moving items to storage
• Must be willing to assist in other areas within the Finance division or Resort as directed by the Assistant Director of Finance or
DOF.
