Staff Accountant - Manufacturing - TrovaTal

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will play a key role in managing the company's financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities. This position offers an opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to contribute to a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly financial activities, including but not limited to AP, AR and General Ledger entries.
• Timely processing of invoices, expenses, reimbursement reports, and related documents.
• Process journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card reports for accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Maintain financial transaction records and reporting.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and analysis.
• Aid with annual and ad-hoc audits.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of related General Ledger accounting experience
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field
• Practical ERP and Excel experience
• Strong attention to detail, professional written, and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year plus benefits and performance incentives.
