We have a reputation as the leading supplier in the fossil industry throughout the world for the past 20 years. Our policy is to ensure that our customers use fresh CA until the last drop. We guarantee to replace the order free of charge if it hardens within the shelf life given. We need a string accountant to come in and help lead our accounting team.

Job Details
Finance:
· Cashflow Management: Provide the CEO with a 30-day projected cash flow report, and
generate A/P supplier invoice and A/R open invoice reports.
· Bookkeeping: Manage and scale the bookkeeping process, handle financial
information not accessible to our CPA (e.g., Payoneer, Alibaba purchases), and
process payments from platforms like Attentive and Avask.
· Account Receivables: Monitor dealer credit payments, contact customers for overdue
payments, clear QuickBooks invoices, and manage bank deposits (QuickBooks and
physical).
· Account Payables: Process wire payments, write checks, manage credit card payments,
and maintain vendor records.
· Payroll: Manage payroll processing through PayPal, Wise, and Hubstaff, and
calculate in-house work hours accurately.
· Taxes: Assist with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with
all relevant regulations.
Administration:
· Authorizations: prepare letters of authorization for the CEO to
approved and sign (e.g., release forms, toll-free number requests).
· Letters: Handle letters from EDD and submit requested documents in
consultation with our CPA.
· Buy Supplies: Procure office/warehouse supplies and furniture.
· Private Company Documents: Submit documents for vendor sign-ups (e.g., VAT applications,
logistics accounts).
· Commercial Insurance: Communicate with insurance brokers and renew insurance contracts.
· HAZMAT Policies: Manage and renew Chemtrec account.
Operations:
· Support operations team with financial data and reporting as
needed.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
· Proficiency in QuickBooks, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
