Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify root causes and disconnects to help management develop resolutions to inventory inaccuracies, work order release issues, material flow issues and manufacturing positions with regard to the master production schedule.
- Prepare general ledger reconciliations for all inventory and cost of goods accounts.
- Identifying inventory losses, overages, and shortages by documenting and evaluating inventory reports and drawing conclusions to improve inventory systems.
- Analyze sales behavior to identify trends and optimize pricing
- Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
- Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Develop strategies to minimize costs, optimize efficiency, and reduce waste
- Assist with the implementation of inventory management policies and procedures
- Assist in quarterly and annual physical inventory counts.
- Assist in monthly inventory valuations. Waste Analysis:
- Analyzing waste statistics and making recommendations.

- Make a purchase order on behalf of the company; process a purchase order or receipt of goods or services.
- Assist in the procurement process of maintenance, repair, and operations by identifying potential vendors and assisting in the evaluation process.
- Coordinate special purchases, such as: training courses; meetings; travel and conferences; equipment, supplies and services such as telephones, copiers, computers
- Identify and recommend cost-effective ways to purchase goods, services, and equipment
- Attention to details and strong focus on accuracy
- Able to work under pressure on multiple assignments and set priorities in a timely manner.
