The Opportunity
We are seeking a strong Staff Accountant. Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, and have excellent organizational skills. This position requires a high level of correspondence with our sales force, and with customers & vendors. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must. Must be strong in Excel and other Microsoft applications and be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, high growth environment.
Responsibilities:- General Accounting including creating and posting journal entries, account reconciliation & bank reconciliations
- Manage fixed asset schedules and prepare relevant journal entries (additions, disposals, and depreciation)
- Conduct regular account analysis and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with project accounting tasks and procedures to ensure completeness of project financial reporting
- Create management reports as needed
- Working with outside and bank auditors, provide information as requested
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, experience a plus
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and accounting systems. (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a Plus)

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate the computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
