Our dynamic, fast-paced company is seeking a meticulous and proactive Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you will manage a broad range of daily accounting activities, actively participate in our month-end close process, and gain a comprehensive understanding of our business from both revenue and operating expense perspectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the month-end close process, including preparing precise journal entries and performing comprehensive account reconciliations.
- Conduct detailed monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and perform an exhaustive analysis of the profit & loss statement.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports (10-Q and 10-K).
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes. This includes ensuring timely cash application, conducting aging/collection reviews, reconciling accounts, and amplifying sales data for top-line analytics.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of accounting records and other financial reports according to GAAP.
- Conduct analytical assessments of financial and operational performance, including ad-hoc analysis.
- Promote efficiency and accuracy by enhancing systems infrastructure through automation, creating real-time dashboards, and integrating systems.
- Adhere to company policies, systems, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient reporting of the company's financial performance.
- Be vigilant in safeguarding the company’s assets and remain alert to situations that could invite fraud.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or other related fields.
- Possess a strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to embody the company's values when interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Proactive in anticipating busy schedules and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates high integrity, with a steadfast commitment to accuracy.
- Operates with a high sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- CPA Candidate preferred.
