Staff Accountant

Essential Functions:
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities, and expenses).
- Reconcile bank statements and other general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closures.
- Prepare documents for audits.
- Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations (nice to have).
- Report to the Accounting Manager and collaborate on improving financial processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 0-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Accounting Software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
