Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end reporting. You will be responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos. Proficiency in Oracle accounting software is a must. Responsibilities:

Prepare and post daily journal entries, ensuring all business transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.
Coordinate and complete annual audits.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all internal processes.
Use Oracle accounting software to maintain financial records and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry.
Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
Proficient in Oracle accounting software and other financial management tools.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
