Overview of Staff Accountant Role:

• Prepares journal entries and maintains other various financial reports including the general leger
• Analyze expenditure and revenue accounts
• Prepare reimbursement billings and track receivables
• File tax returns
• Staff accountant is responsible for preparing documents for upper management to influence decision making

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Prior work experience as a staff accountant or in a similar position
