What You’ll Do:
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role in the company’s financial operations, with responsibilities including:

• Managing monthly project invoicing and billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborating with clients to address billing inquiries and ensure prompt payment.
• Assisting the Controller with month-end close tasks, including general ledger work, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Tracking and maintaining company credit card transactions and expenses.
• Preparing weekly cash forecast reports to support financial planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in construction or project billing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience.
