Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Accountant, you will:

• Assist with the preparation of month-end close processes and journal entries.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and other general ledger accounts.
• Maintain and monitor fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support accounts payable processes, including invoice review and approval.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 -$80,000
