Staff Accountant - KBW Financial

A non-profit located in the greater Northampton, MA area is actively seeking a Staff Accountant for an immediate opening. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for processing accounts payable. The Staff Accountant will perform the following:

Responsibilities:

• Identify and post daily receipts
• Reconcile and replenish programs' allowance account
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Payroll
• Journal entries
• Accruals
• Month end Close

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel experience

Compensation Package: Up to $60,000 DOE
