Staff Accountant

Job Summary: The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the accounting department's daily operations.

Location: Danvers, MA

Salary Range: $68,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting journals
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages
• Support annual audit preparations and provide documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of accounting experience in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
