Job Details
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with government and labor union regulations.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Obtain and track lien waivers from vendors and subcontractors.
- Help in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate payments and compliance with contractual agreements.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited and credentialed degree program.
- At least two years of experience working in accounting or payroll for a construction, engineering, or architectural firm.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, financial systems, and payroll software.
- Experience with Prevailing Wage Certified Payroll and California Labor laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and general office skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
