Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records by summarizing and transferring details into ledgers.

• Reconcile and balance accounts to ensure financial accuracy.

• Manage internal invoicing and billing processes efficiently.

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

• Prepare and compile detailed reports on cash receipts, expenditures, profit and loss, and other essential metrics.

• Participate in departmental projects to improve workflows and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• 3-7 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail in managing financial data and transactions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and general computer skills.
