Compensation:$65,000 to $75,000/yr. DOE - Competitive Hourly Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday!

· General daily and monthly accounting functions, including preparing and posting journal entries, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations and cost allocations
· Perform monthly reconciliations and account analysis for balance sheet and P&L accounts
· Track and process important tax filings and remain up to date on business license renewals
· Manages and tracks an organization's fixed assets to ensure accurate accounting and compliance, including recording asset additions, disposals, and adjustments, reconciliation of the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger, and monitoring depreciation schedules and posting depreciation expenses.
· Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
· Assist in compiling information for monthly internal and external reporting
· Interface with other departments and external contacts to determine monthly accruals and other monthly journal entries.
· Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with year-end audits and internal management reporting
Key Competencies and Minimum Education:· Bachelor’s Degree required (accounting or finance degree preferred)
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounting/finance position (general knowledge of fixed assets preferred)
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
· Desire for continuous improvement and learning, growth mindset, strong teamwork, collaboration, flexibility and proactiveness
· Outstanding organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, sumifs)
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to evaluate and prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines

- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl to repair vehicles
