As a Staff Accountant, you will:

1. Perform general accounting duties.
2. Manage financial reporting.
3. Oversee fixed asset management.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
5. Conduct audit support activities.
6. Drive process improvement initiatives.
7. Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals.

Must-Haves

• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Strong critical thinking and self-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Payroll expertise.
• Ability to provide employee support.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to work.
• Roadmap development and goal setting skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• CPA certification (or progress toward it).
