The Panther Group has an immediate need for a fast-growing software company with a start-up vibe is seeking an Accountant. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of adapting and implementing change as well as keen problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has a desire to learn new aspects of the entire Accounting and Finance function, is self-driven and team-oriented, flexible and enthusiastic, with a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude who can also work independently while participating in ongoing projects within a fast paced and collaborative environment.

- Enter Vendor Bills and record cash payments
- Enter Customer Invoices and record cash payments
- Month-end close journal entries and account reconciliations
- Following-up with customers on overdue Accounts Receivable
- Assist FP&A Manager with budget and forecast maintenance and validation on a monthly basis
- Other ad hoc projects
- Beginner Microsoft Excel skills
- Must have NetSuite experience
- Willingness to learn new accounting systems and software
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects and tasks simultaneously
- Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities
- Professional and effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently and with a team, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines required.
Salary
30 - 31 /hour
