Machinery Partner is on a mission to build the Amazon for industrial Equipment. We are changing how small and growing industrial businesses buy large pieces of complex equipment.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering financial transaction in the General Ledger
- Financial Statement prep including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Perform Monthly, Daily, Weekly bank reconciliations
- Overseeing accounts payable & accounts receivable functions
- Payroll management and processing
- Manage ad-hoc department projects and initiatives as necessary
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on GAAP accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business-related studies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, or similar accounting software
- Experience with Sales Tax
