Responsibilities:
- Manage and update financial records using QuickBooks software, ensuring precision and completeness.
- Process and record financial transactions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial statements.
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues in financial records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in bookkeeping practices and QuickBooks software.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software, including managing Chart of Accounts, creating journal entries, and generating financial reports.
- Understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
