Core Duties
- Overseeing the execution of client invoicing systems, from establishing protocols to generating bills.
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data within our systems.
- Playing a key role in the routine and year-end financial consolidation activities.
- Coordinating the reconciliation of banking activities and documenting monetary transactions.
- Conducting reconciliations of balance sheets on a monthly basis.
- Developing and filing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- Clearly conveying internal policy details and updates.
- Contributing to the refinement of operational procedures and the development of company policies.
- Managing supplementary tasks related to accounts receivable as needed.
