[Job Summary]
[Job Description]
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for managerial accounting and supporting business operations
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
- Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.
- Responsible inventory cost and reconciliation in monthly closing
- Ensure proper handling of financial transactions and approved transactions within designated limits.
- Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close.
- Assist Consolidation Reporting of US GAAP and IFRS(Consolidation Package)
- Assist to prepare external audit (Yearly)
- Report to and support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.
- Assist in the month-end closing process including preparation of journal entries
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external reporting
- Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager.
[Qualifications]
Qualified candidates must have:
- No specific educational or experience requirements (Knowledge or experience in accounting is a plus)
- Must possess a visa to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong judgment, logical reasoning, analytical skills, and communication abilities are essential.
- Bilingual in Korean and English
