Job Details
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cash posting and account reconciliations
- Handle all corporate card posting and account reconciliations
- Maintain the subledger and reconciliations for prepaid expenses and fixed assets
- Process and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Maintain inventory counts and reconciliations
- Review and analyze transactions posted to the general ledger to ensure accurate accounting in accordance with GAAP and company policy
- Prepare financial reports that are informative and insightful to management in driving business success
- Analyze processes and procedures to assist the department in developing best practices, creating efficiencies, generating accurate data, and improving the control environment
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or relevant role in accounting
- Understanding and ability to adhere to GAAP and department practices and procedures
- Licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) highly desired
- Strong MS Office skills and expert level MS Excel
- Experience with Accounting and or HRIS Software, NetSuite, UltiPro, Blackline, and/or Solution 7 is a plus
- Ability to generate accounting reporting and provide analysis
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
