Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Oversee the monthly project invoicing and billing processes.
• Engage with clients to resolve billing questions and facilitate timely payments.
• Support the Controller with month-end closing tasks, including general ledger work, journal entry preparation, and account reconciliations.
• Manage company credit cards and related expenses.
• Prepare weekly cash forecast reports.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction or project billing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package and potential for bonuses.

The Staff Accountant position is an onsite role in Aurora/Centennial.
