Staff Accountant at Beacon Hill

Beacon Hill Financial is working to fill a Staff Accountant position for a great organization located in Annapolis, MD. This position will be assisting with both AP and AR processes as well as working heavily within the general ledger. Prior experience with Salesforce as well as Sage is a plus. Job Description

• Prepare, enter, and process AP invoices in accurately and in a timely manner to meet weekly deadlines.
• Complete vendor credit applications, form W-9 requests and inquiries
• Reconcile various balance sheet accounts
• Conduct internal audit of proper GL coding of expenses
• Prepare and process annual form 1099-MISC
• Provide petty cash, monthly revenues and expenditures
• Check Salesforce accounting system for AR reports such as billing, cash receipts, and other reports for accuracy.
• Code and apply cash receipts in Salesforce
