Job Details
This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your accounting skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3. Conduct detailed account analysis and reconciliation, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
4. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
5. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
7. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary information and documentation.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the legal industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, with a particular focus on Entries and General Ledger (GL).
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to analyze financial data and draw accurate conclusions.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
