Job Overview: The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Job Details:

• Salary Range: $100K

• Type: Full-time position

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures.

• Lead regular audits, inspections, and assessments.

• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and potential risks.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to rectify quality issues.

• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.

• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action plans for non-conformance issues.

• Communicate effectively with senior management, suppliers, and customers.

• Ensure quality control measures align with customer requirements and industry standards.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory compliance.

• Experience with ISO 9001 standards and implementation of quality management systems.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret quality data.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
