This person would be responsible to design, implement and maintain multiple Windows related environments needed to provide a strong and consistent end user experience. Ensure high availability and efficient operations to meet current and future business needs with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other IT teams to install, maintain and troubleshoot systems and services vital to the business.

Job Description:
- Provide "hands-on” design and deployment of solutions on a daily basis in a multi-location, global environment
- Develop and grow relationships with stakeholders to understand issues and create viable solutions to these issues
- Communicates regularly and effectively with stakeholders regarding status of all projects
- Under limited supervision; plan, develop, implement and support the enterprise-wide infrastructure
- Provides technical advice and training to other infrastructure team members where appropriate
- Ability to prioritize work and address multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growing environment
- Analyze and evaluate system performance, access, and stability issues and provide resolution
- Ability to create, implement, and enforce security policies within the Infrastructure team
- Evaluate and accurately address network performance including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency
- Experience with system monitoring and automation within global environments
- Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Represent the Infrastructure team in key projects providing appropriate detail and feedback as necessary
Areas of Expertise:
- Windows-based server infrastructure
- Enterprise e-mail infrastructure (Office 365 knowledge preferred)
- Active Directory 2008 or higher (Azure Active Directory knowledge preferred)
- Load Balancer knowledge(Citrix NetScaler preferred)
- VMWare (vSphere 5.5 or higher)
- SAN Environment knowledge (EMC preferred)
- Backup and Recovery (EMC Data Domain and EMC Networker)
- Business continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning.
- Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills. Documentation.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
