Key Responsibilities
- Implement VOC Digital Feedback: Develop feedback programs tailored to buyer journeys and targeted segments, leveraging Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry best practices to optimize landing pages and user journeys.
- Testing Roadmap: Oversee testing plans and roadmap, ensuring effective execution of tests. Prioritize projects that balance immediate needs with long-term objectives, fostering continuous improvement and team development.
- CRO Management: Expertise in creating hypotheses, designing tests, and experiment prioritization. Strong knowledge in statistical analysis.
- Technical SEO Management: Manage technical SEO efforts to enhance site visibility and performance. Work with the content team to develop an organic growth strategy based on industry trends.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Partner with the Web Data & Analytics team to assess test performance and inform future strategies.
- Storytelling with Analytics: Collaborate with analytics to develop compelling data narratives and propose new test ideas.
- Tool Expertise: Become proficient in content management, testing, personalization, SEO, and AI tools relevant to the role.
- Stay Informed on Trends: Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to leverage new opportunities.
- Collaboration with UX: Partner with UX to create landing pages that enhance user experience, boost conversion rates, and identify growth opportunities.
- Site and Channel Strategy Alignment: Align site and channel strategies, identifying new opportunities to support growth and web conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with web and ecommerce product managers to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
- Content Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with Content Managers to ensure adherence to digital marketing best practices. Understands and can support personalized web journeys with CRO.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or a related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in high-tech, high-performance role with strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Glassbox, etc.), and technical SEO tools
- Strong understanding of user experience principles including Heuristic Evaluation, Usability, and prototype testing, wireframing (Figma, Userlytics, Wevo, etc.)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with web personalization strategies and tools is a plus
