Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Support business development initiatives and assist in proposal preparation.
Lead a highly skilled team in developing cutting-edge water resources engineering projects.
Manage projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results within budget constraints.
Utilize advanced knowledge in hydrology, hydraulics, and water resources to address current and future challenges, including those posed by climate change.
Prepare comprehensive project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in civil or environmental engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), Professional Hydrologist (PH), or PhD preferred.
Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
Strong business development and marketing skills.
Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Proficiency with engineering models such as CWMS, HEC-HMS, and HEC-ResSim.
Solid computer skills, with knowledge of programming languages like Python being a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong statistical background.
Willingness to continuously learn and expand technical knowledge.
Salary Range:
$120,467 - $170,250 annually
