THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR Sr. Warehouse Manager

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time role with hours from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We do ask for some flexibility, as there may be occasional weekends or late shifts when needed to keep things running smoothly.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Sr. Warehouse Manager , your day will be a blend of hands-on work and leadership. You'll spend 70% of your time in the warehouse making sure everything is running like clockwork-managing inventory, keeping equipment maintained, and ensuring safety compliance. The other 30% of your time will be spent in the office handling planning, scheduling, and dispatching. You'll also work closely with our national safety department to manage DOT compliance and ensure the warehouse runs safely and efficiently.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year(s) of experience as a Sr. Sr. Warehouse Manager OR 3+ years as a Sr. Warehouse Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Experience as a hands-on manager is preferred. The ability to operate forklifts, preferably a reach truck or cherry picker, is also ideal!
