What we need…
A Sr Vendor Management Analyst to support Internal Business Lines (Customers) as it relates to managing Vendor portfolios to onboard new, by performing due diligence, Risk Assessments and working with those business line managers. Additionally, is to provide assistance as it relates to Contracts and meeting the criteria to comply with company standards and maintain and manage the contracts

What you’ll do…
- Keep system up to date on new products, services, vendors, contracts and clients as needed.
- Track Vendor information, contracts information, schedules and reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and distributors to leverage our buying power and negotiating pricing
- Conduct periodic Vendor reviews to ensure that pricing is reviewed/re-bid on a regular basis
- Prepare or assist with Request for Proposals.
- Assist in the creation of or management over site of workflows, process and procedures related to vendor and contract management.
- Research Suppliers, Vendors and Partners through the use of internet and internal database, identifying potential suppliers, making contact and coordinating competitive pricing
- Monitor renewal of contracts
- Ensure contracts with suppliers, vendors and partners are consistent with company policies, guidelines and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with Business Lines, Vendors and Clients to ensure all aspects of the relationships related to Contracts are communicated effectively
- Engage Vendors to get required documentation, NDA, W9, MSA…
- Review agreements / SOWs / EULAs for compliance
What you’ll bring…
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Strong customer service skills; written, verbal communications, interpersonal, organizational, collaborative and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of production process and quality requirements
- Must be able to prioritize, be a self-starter and act independently, work in groups, teams and/or follow assignments.
Salary range for this role is $58,000-$75,000 per year
