Sr. Trust Administrative Assistant - Gpac

This is an advanced administrative support role and a great opportunity for candidates looking to take the next step in their career in the wealth and trust industry. Senior Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for managing complex financial, legal, and banking relationships in a professional services firm. This role requires approximately three to five years of progressively responsible related work experience, as well as expertise in asset management, tax compliance and reporting, record-keeping, beneficiary communication, client relations, account administration, and fiduciary account reviews. 

Essential job functions: 

- Overseeing and managing trust's assets 

- Ensuring trust complies with tax laws 

- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions 

- Keeping beneficiaries informed about the trust 

- Managing relationships with clients, trustees, attorneys, and staff 

- Opening and closing accounts, setting up trust funds 

- Conducting reviews of fiduciary accounts
