We're seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (Platform) to join our product management team. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the success of Convoso's products, serving as the voice of our market and customers. You'll identify opportunities to enhance our product offerings, solving real-world challenges, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving growth and profitability. Collaborating across departments, you'll bring products to market and shape our roadmap for the future.

Your Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product Marketing to define product strategy, target markets, and expected ROI.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely delivery of projects and communicate progress effectively.
Advocate for the product's value across the organization, supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Cultivate relationships with customers and partners to drive revenue growth.
Product Management and Growth:
Transform customer feedback and ideas into actionable plans, crafting detailed product requirements.
Collaborate with engineers on solution design and prioritize product goals and initiatives.
Drive successful product launches, measuring customer adoption and market impact.
Manage and prioritize feature requests and bug fixes to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence and Team Efficiency:
Take ownership of initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring customer adoption and success.
Streamline product development processes, implementing methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Triage customer issues and monitor feature adoption to inform future enhancements.
Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to product ideation and operational improvements.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS software, ideally in both startup and larger environments.
Additional 1-2 years of experience in Technical Product Management or related roles.
Proven track record in developing platform products, with a focus on API/Integration strategies.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools.
Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a holistic approach to product development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
