Job Title: Sr. Technical Business Analyst Equity Swaps Exp
Location: Boston, MA Hybrid Project- 4 days onsite
Domain: Banking
Note: *Note you will need to look at Financial - Product companies to find suitable profiles per JD.
Candidates must have :

- Equities Swaps / Synthetic Prime experience, preferably Front office
- Have worked with Derivatives platforms like Murex, Calypso, Summit or Fidessa
- Can conceptually explain a Derivatives trade flow end-to-end
Must Haves:
Documentation (BRD, SRS, Test Cases) and Agile development methodology
In-depth knowledge of Swap products TRS. Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps and Synthetic Prime Business.
Understanding of Regulatory Requirements (CFTC, SEC etc.)
Experience with Equity Swaps platforms like Nuvo Prime preferred.
Experience of Product implementation / Integration essential
Detailed knowledge of Swaps Trading Lifecyle
Thorough understanding of the roles in a Trade Lifecycle - Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations.
BA Skills:
Applying analytical problem-solving methods to projects and issues
Requirements gathering ,Conducting and documents analyses, applying guidelines and standards
Providing recommendations about hardware, software, or other technology solutions
Differentiating strategic and tactical decisions
Understanding business problems and goals of users
Recommending solutions and technical solutions

Supporting the implementation and rollout of the proposed solution
Analyzing data to predict trends through research
Presenting your findings to business stakeholders
Ability to solve business problems through analytical and logical thinking
Ability to simplify complex concepts
Good To have:
Business and finance knowledge desirable
