Position: Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager
Location: Remote (Phoenix, AZ; Memphis, TN; Dallas, TX)
Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 per year + Full Benefits

Join a dynamic team as a Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in our firm's commitment to providing top-notch financial services to high net worth clients and diverse industries including technology, construction, real estate, and healthcare/medical. We are a leading Top 150 CPA firm with a strong regional presence across multiple states.
Responsibilities:
- Review and manage tax returns, extensions, and tax planning calculations for various entity types, with a focus on individual High Net Worth (HNW) and/or Real Estate.
- Review financial statements, perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and maintain client books and records.
- Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability.
- Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates.
- Conduct complex tax research, prepare memoranda outlining findings and conclusions.
- Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices.
- Communicate directly with clients, colleagues, management, and tax authorities regarding tax matters.
- Lead department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflows.
Requirements:
- CPA or EA certification.
- Minimum 4-10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in individual tax compliance, planning (CS Suite and UltraTax experience a plus).
- Proficiency in tax research (RIA).
- Experience with gift, estate, and trust returns preferred.
- Familiarity with partnership tax would be advantageous.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with strong teamwork skills.
