Your specific duties will include:
- Navigating complex tax laws to provide insightful guidance.
- Supporting special tax projects and initiatives by collaborating closely with staff, clients, and management.
- Expertly reviewing diverse tax returns to ensure accuracy.
- Managing accounting processes and critical reporting for clients.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients and team members to drive success.
- Mentoring and developing talent to build a high-performing team.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in public accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and data analysis.
- An excellent understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance testing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
