Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Analyst – Tax Reporting to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with all tax-related activities of the quarterly and annual income tax provisions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with the quarterly and annual income tax provisions to support the effective tax rate (“ETR”) reported on the financial statements.

· Work closely with local country controllers to ensure periodic estimated income tax payments are accurate and timely filed with local jurisdictional agencies and these payments are accurately captured and reconciled on a monthly basis.

· Work closely with the Berry finance team, international tax team and local country controllers as well as external advisors to capture US GAAP to local tax return differences in Berry’s foreign income tax accounts under ASC 740 for all non-US entities.

· Research and document US ASC 740 tax reporting requirements.

· Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to manage financial statement audits and inquiries.

· Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise on the impact of new laws on the company.

· Performs special projects as requested by Senior Management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master’s in Taxation a plus.

· Minimum of 3 years of tax experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.

· Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
