About the Job
Processing all tax payments, including checks, EFT's and wire transfers, Indirect Tax funding requests and payment of monthly processing fees.
2. Maintaining all records related to tax payments and provide support for quarterly internal and external audit reviews.
3. Process all tax returns for mailing and e-filings. Assist with state tax e-filings, and maintain all electronic files related to tax returns to ensure files contain audit ready documentation.
4. Handling all administrative duties to support the Tax Operations Group including collecting and sorting the mail, updating our mail log, as well as other general administrative tasks.
5. Providing support as needed for sales and use tax audits including pulling invoices from SAP, making copies, and accessing records from archives.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelors
• Years of experience : 2-3
• Required Experience and Skills:
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, be a problem solver
• Ability to interface with personnel at all levels across the Company and with consultants
• Commitment to meet deadlines
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint
• Comfortable with ERP payment processing
• Exp. Large Tax or Finance Dept.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Prior experience in a corporate tax compliance function
• Experience with SAP, Corptax
