We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Senior Tax Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in a CPA or professional services firm is essential.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Gosystem, GoFileRoom, SafeSend, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the tax department, demonstrating advanced skills and experience in a supervisory capacity.
Utilize and navigate accounting software systems, including Gosystem, GoFileRoom, SafeSend, or similar tools.
Collaborate with the tax team to ensure efficient workflow and effective administrative processes.
Requirements:
Proven supervisory experience in a CPA or professional services firm.
Knowledge and proficiency in accounting software such as Gosystem, GoFileRoom, SafeSend, or equivalent.
Willingness to be on-site in Deerfield every day.
Availability for overtime during the spring and fall busy seasons, including weekends.
