  We're looking for a talented Senior Systems Analyst to join an innovative and dynamic team in the greater Fort Wayne, Indiana area.

Position Summary: In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design, implement, and maintain sophisticated systems that drive business success. Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Implementation: Translate business requirements into system specifications, and design efficient, scalable systems.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

• Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on system architecture, integration, and optimization.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex system issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation for system processes and procedures and provide training to end-users.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and optimization.

• Proficiency in various programming languages and database management systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Certifications: Network+, Security+, MSCE, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, and CISSP.
