About the Job
Lead technical governance, delivery, and communication, prioritizing enhancements and maintenance, collaborating with stakeholders to define and document requirements, and developing a governance strategy for efficient release processes. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to configure ServiceNow, work directly with the development team, and design release management modules for data analysis and visualization. Define KPIs, configure ServiceNow for data-driven decisions, conducting analysis, and provide recommendations for optimizaing performance metrics. Stay updated with ServiceNow features, implement performance analytics improvements, and lead a group of developers following SAFe Agile Methodology for managing releases and business requests. Manage and optimize the Agile Release Train, establish annual calendars, facilitate PI Planning, monitor execution, and ensure program alignment with organizational priorities. Lead requirement workshops, manage project deliverables, establish best practices, design and develop ServiceNow data, contribute to migration processes, and explore emerging cloud technologies Validate ServiceNow Platform and applications, perform user acceptance testing, create test plans, execute tests, and record results using tools like GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence. Provide ongoing maintenance support post-migration, plan and oversee product launches, and effectively utilize SaaS technology. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
Required Skills & Experience:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in the related occupation of Programmer Analyst, System Software Analyst, IT Consultant, Senior Software System Engineer, or equivalent utilizing skills and technologies such as ServiceNow Release Management, DevOps, SAFe Agile Methodology, Jira, Versione, Rally, Agilecraft, cloud-based microservices architecture, RESTful, SOAP, JSON, GitHub, Confluence, and SaaS Technology. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
