We are looking for a Sr System Analyst. Candidates will collaborate with teams of analysts to deliver advanced support for various clients. This role involves making system configuration changes and performing maintenance to ensure the ongoing lifecycle of applications. Additionally, the analyst will recommend enhancements and adjustments for intricate systems and mentor junior staff while leading project teams.

We are looking for a Sr System Analyst. Candidates will collaborate with teams of analysts to deliver advanced support for various clients. Additionally, the analyst will recommend enhancements and adjustments for intricate systems and mentor junior staff while leading project teams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, healthcare accreditation standards, and applicable regulations governing the handling of patient, financial, or confidential information.
- Analyze, identify, and resolve complex data and system issues.
- Work independently while leading small teams on initiatives and projects.
- Collect requirements, draft specifications, and prepare as well as review documentation.
- Create, validate, and execute detailed test plans.
- Effectively communicate, negotiate changes, and assist in task prioritization with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Be available for 24/7 on-call support as necessary.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a specific application or domain.
- Educate and mentor team members.
- May carry the title of "Health Care Worker.”
- Provide operational support and maintenance, adhering to departmental procedures.
- Represent Information Services (I.S.) in discussions and presentations before various Hospital Clinical and Operations committees.
- Adhere to all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Support the integration of information security in the design and implementation of Hospital Technology Resources handling company information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a health-related field.
- 2-5 years in a healthcare environment, with 3-5 years of experience as an Information Systems analyst.
- Epic Cadence Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Epic build.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
