Position Overview:
As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring inventory efficiency while maximizing customer satisfaction. In this innovative role, you will leverage advanced analytics, statistical models, and cutting-edge systems to refine our inventory strategies for global success. Join our Parts, Garments & Accessories (PG&A) Supply Chain Team and be the driving force behind transformative supply chain optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer and support Blue Yonder segmentation and inventory optimization for global operations.
+ Monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory availability and levels using data-driven insights and statistical models to ensure optimal stock.
+ Partner with the SIOP team to design and execute global inventory strategies, including service level parameters, segmentation strategies, and year-over-year KPI improvements.
+ Identify and mitigate risks associated with obsolete inventory while driving cost efficiencies by analyzing expedite cost drivers for international transfers.
+ Develop and implement Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) strategies to achieve optimal inventory levels and reduce total costs.
+ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform continuous improvement initiatives and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
+ Present analytical findings and performance metrics to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
+ Contribute to procurement strategies and broader supply chain improvement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
+ 4+ years of relevant analytics experience within an enterprise-level environment.
+ Proven ability to identify business challenges, develop analytical methodologies, and propose data-driven solutions.
+ Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
+ Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables; Power Pivot experience is a plus) and experience with statistical analysis.
+ Preferred experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and inventory optimization software such as Blue Yonder, Oracle, or SAP.
+ Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ International experience and cross-functional collaboration skills are highly valued.
Working Conditions:
+ Corporate headquarters office location with hybrid option.

The pay range for Minnesota is $83,000 to $109,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
